Carey Golledge

Carey is an independent Registered Psychologist who originally completed a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours through UNE in Armidale in 2013 while working as an RN in Primary Health Care. In 2020 she returned to UNE to complete a Masters in Professional Psychology. Carey is has well developed skills across a wide range of psychological interventions including CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT and TF-CBT. She has particular interests in depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness and pain, and the impact of executive issues on everyday function in adults. Carey is committed to providing evidence-based care to her clients and providing support in their journey through provision of a welcoming environment with a non-judgemental outlook and active listening.
