Imojen Brown
Imojen is a Behaviour Support Practitioner and Provisional Psychologist who has completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science Honours and is now currently completing her Master’s of Professional Psychology. Imojen’s work is grounded in neuro-affirming, strength-based approach, and a genuine love for walking alongside participants in their journey as they grow and evolve.
Imojen provides Behaviour Support across a range of ages and presentations, with experience supporting individuals with neurodivergent backgrounds, intellectual disabilities, and those with mental health needs. Imojen’s work focuses on understanding the function of the behaviour, building practical skills, supporting care teams, and creating supportive environments that promote wellbeing and independence.
Imojen approaches Behaviour Support from a biopsychosocial and neuroaffirming perspective, recognising the importance of dignity, autonomy, and meaningful outcomes. Imojen’s goal is to empower individuals to enhance their daily lives, reduce restrictive practices, and support positive change.
Outside of work, Imojen is known for their love of cows and will never pass the chance to admire cows in a paddock!
